Abstract
PURPOSE:To set different strengths on magnetic poles according to their places to obtain an asymmetrical and multipolar magnet disc in one operation of magnetizing. CONSTITUTION:A magnetizing yoke 1 has poles 2A-2F projecting in a fan and pillar form with equal intervals, and windings 3A-3F of each pole are connected in series to be taken out at terminals 4A, 4B. Each pole is uniformly shaped, while windings 3A, 3C, 3D are bigger and windings 3B, 3D, 3F are smaller. When a magnet disc 5, not yet magnetized, is placed on a magnetizing yoke 1, each pole is tightly attached to the periphery of the magnet disc 5. Direct current 10 is applied to terminals 4A, 4B to perform magnetizing. As the windings differ in their quantity, strong poles are generated on the disc part 5 attached to poles 2A, 2C, 2E, and comparatively weaker magnet poles of inverse magnetic property on the sides of poles 2B, 2D, 2F, thus completing an asymmetric and multipolar magnet disc.
