Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish a highly accurate measurement with easy by utilizing reflected light from a stripe patterned body.
CONSTITUTION: A part of the surface of an object 10 to be measured is fitted with a stripe patterned body 11 which comprises a printed matter or a sheet-shaped matter having the strips almost equal in the width and space to the thickness of laser beams 23 and 24. A laser device 20 connected to a digital signal processing device is arranged facing the body.
