Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform high precision stable feed without being affected by powder and air pressures by disconnecting the pressures by means of a separation plate and a sealing rotor and arranging the transfer section to the feed shoot and its discharging port in the reverse position.
CONSTITUTION: The pulverulent body guided into the vertical cylinder 2 is accepted by the separation plate 2 and the powder and air pressures applied to the pulverulent body are disconnected by the separation plate 3. The pulverulent body is agitated by the rotation of the auxiliary feed blade 6 and is discharged from the exhaust port 4 while the occurrence of bridges is being prevented. The pulverulent body is filled between the blades of the sealing rotor 7 and moves toward the transfer section 9. Since this permits the pressure applied to the pulverulent body during transfer to completely be disconnected by the blade of the sealing rotor 7, separation plate 3, and stool 1, the accurate amount of the pulverulent body can be sent to the transfer section 9 while the pressure is being cut off and be delivered into the feed shoot 8.
