The asbestos compressed and reserved in the tentative reservoir 5 is successively pushed to the side of the rotary cutter 4. The pushed asbestos are chipped with the rotary cutter 4, and fed directly to the air conveyer 9 for the asbestos spray, without passing through the rotor press 12.
