Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the cutting accuracy of auxiliary materials by correcting the auxiliary material weighing value by the weighing machine of a hopper body by the numerical value obtained from the product of the difference between the internal and external pressures of the hopper and the sectional area of a joint member.
CONSTITUTION: The inside diameter area S of a joint member 19 and the atmospheric pressure difference P between the internal atmospheric pressure P2 and external atmospheric pressure P0 of a vacuum hopper body 11 are inputted to an operator 20, by which a weight correcting value PXS is obtained. The weighing value W2 at the dispensing of auxiliary materials with a weighing machine 16 is inputted to the 20. An atmospheric pressure correcting weight value w2=W2-PXS is displayed by these values. Further, the difference between the atmospheric pressure correcting weight value w1 prior to dispensing of auxiliary materials having beforehand been stored and the atmospheric correcting weight value w2 at the dispensing is displayed as a net dispensing amount. Thereupon, the dispensing amount w0 is set and according to the net dispensing amount w1-w2, the weight value w2 at the dispensing is deducted from the weight value w1 prior to dispensing of the auxiliary materials in the body 11, and the balance is commanded to a rotary feeder 18, whereby the dispensing of a required amount is accomplished. When the dispensing amount w1-w2 equals to the set dispensing amount w0, a stop command is given, thereby ending the dispensing.
