Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve heat transmitting efficiency and to facilitate assembling of a solar heat collector in which cylindrical fins are supported in a transparent pipe and a heat collecting pipe is disposed on the inner surface of the said fins, by disposing a circular support member of elastic wire material resiliently in the transparent pipe, and fixng the circular fins by means of a fixing piece of the said support member. CONSTITUTION:At one end portion of a pair of heat collecting fins 7, 8 facing toward each other and having a substantially semicircular cross section, there are formed fixing lugs 9, 10 respectively formed with a screw hole. At the other end portion of the fins 7, 8, there are formed connecting screw holes 11, 12, respectively. Further, on the inner surface of fins 7, 8 at the side thereof where lugs 9, 10 are formed, there are formed heat collecting pipe supporting sections 13, 14, respectively, having a semicircular cross section. In assembly, fins 7, 8 are at first connected at one end by screw 11a and heat collecting pipe 3 is put between a pair of supporting sections 13 and 14. Then, a cylindrical fin is constituted by inserting fixing piece 19 of support member 17 into the gap formed between lugs 9 and 10, tightening the lugs 9, 10 to each other by means of screw 20, and thus fixing the lugs 9, 10 and fixing piece 19 tightly with each other.
