Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling of the device and to improve heat transmitting efficiency of a solar heat collector in which cylindrical fins are supported in a transparent pipe and a heat collecting pipe is disposed on the inner surface of the said fins, by constituting a cylindrical fin unit by coupling a pair of heat collecting fins at their mating end portions. CONSTITUTION:At one end portion of a pair of heat collecting fins 7, 8 facing toward each other and having a substantially semicircular cross section, there are formed fixing lugs 9, 10 respectively formed with a screw hole. At the other end portion of the fins 7, 8, there are formed connecting screw holes 11, 12, respectively. Furhter, on the inner surface of fins 7, 8 at the side thereof where lugs 9, 10 are formed, there are formed heat collecting pipe supporting sections 13, 14, respectively, having a semicircular cross section. In assembly, lugs 9, 10 of respective fins 7, 8 are at first coupled together and a heat collecting pipe 3 is supported between said support section 13 and 14. Then, a cylindrical fin unit is constituted by forcing fins 7, 8 inwards toward each other to dispose screw holes 11, 12 facing each other, and thereafter connecting the other end portions of fins 7, 8 by means of screw 16.
