Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve considerably the characteristic of a speaker by controlling vibration of a diaphragm on a basis of capacity change of a capacitor formed between the conductive layer and the conductive material on the back face of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:Skin layer 6c and conductive material 13 on the back face of diaphragm 6 are so formed that they may be opposite to each other in parallel throughout the surface of diaphragm 6. Consequently, even if split vibration is generated in any position of diaphragm 6 when diaphragm 6 is vibrating, the capacity of the capacitor formed between the skin layer 6c and conductive material 13 is always changed. By detection of this capacity change, split vibration generated in any position of diaphragm 6 can be detected accurately, and motion feedback control can be performed accurately. Thus, distortion can be prevented from being generated in the characteristic of the speaker to improve considerably the characteristic of the speaker.
