1398172 Electret transducers INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH PRODUCTS Inc 16 Oct 1972 [8 Nov 1971] 38208/74 Divided out of 1398171 Heading H4J In an electret transducer such as described in Specification 1,398,171 the support plate for supporting the diaphragms has perforations passing from a first to a second surface of the support plate. A dielectric material film covers the whole of the first surface of the support plate and extends over the interior surfaces of the perforations and on to a part only of the second surface.
