Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain good picture data, by adjusting the thickness and angle of transparent plates and thereby adjusting the position of an image-forming optical system with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Image-forming optical system 1 passes incident light 2 arriving from a distance through light wave band filters 3 and 4, and thereby an image is formed in detectors 5 and 6, consisting of a one-dimensional CCD and placed in parallel to the X-axis within the image-forming surface. Detecting unit 11 receives light via transparent plates 9 and 10, which have an optically transparent, fixed refractive index. By varying the thickness of transparent plates 9 and 10, focal distance correction is performed for chromatic aberration. By tilting transparent plates 9 and 10 slightly toward the direction of light incidence from the vertical direction, fine adjustment on an optical image in the X-Y directions is operated.
