Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform photometry with adequate photometric sensitivity distribution by using a photodetection lens, modified by weakening condensing operation for regularly reflected light from a photographic screen to obtain desired photometric sensitivity distribution, and a photoelectric converting element arranged corresponding to the lens. CONSTITUTION:Of refularly reflected light reflected by a morror surface at a point B in an area A where regularly reflected light is generated on a film surface, the regularly reflected light entering the region of a three-dimensional angle including the cut side surfaces 32a1 and 32b1 of photodetection lenses 32a and 32b is diffused or scattered in the side surfaces 32a1 and 32b1 and never incident to a photoelectric converting element 34 in a photometric device 31 directly. This applies to the regularly reflected light reflected by the mirror surface at every point in the area A, and consequently the influence of the regularly reflected light upon the photometric sensitivity distribution characteristics of the photometric device 31 is reduced. For this purpose, the photometric device is provided with the desired photometric sensitivity distribution characteristics by adjusting the formation positions of the cut side surfaces 32a1 and 32b1 properly.
