Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a miniature structure for the circuit by installing the single amplifier circuit in place of the 90 deg.-hybrid. CONSTITUTION:For the microwave multi-stage amplifier circuit with the input/ output stage formed with the balance-type amplifier circuit, the inter-stage amplifier is formed into the single type along with omission of the 90 deg.-hybrid. In this case, the perfect matching becomes impossible between input stage I and intermediate stage II as well as stage II and output stage III each, and some reflection is caused. However, the input is isolated completely from the output via the 90 deg.-hybrid, and thus the undesired interference is never caused between stages. Also the wide band properties is not impaired substantially for the amplifier.
