Abstract

Here resistances R1 and R2 are composed of the base resistance featuring the sheet resistance including the difference diffusion resistances plus ion injection resistances. And the temperature coefficient of the constant current which is decided through the subtraction among different absolute value of the temperature coefficients of resistances R1 and R2 is set optionally to the plus, minus or zero value to secure the high-accuracy control.
