Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect transmission parts from damage by automatically cutting off transmission by means of a safety clutch in response to the abnormal load due to extremely decelerative operation.
CONSTITUTION: When more than a predetermined load works a safety clutch 24 at the rear end of the 1st intermediate transmission shaft 17 is designd so that transmission can be cut off automatically only when the transmission gear is kept in a super deceleration state. When more than the predetermined load acts on the 1st intermediate transmission shaft 17, transmission is automatically cut off from output axles on the running system to the 1st intermediate transmission shaft 17 by letting a clutch plate rotate under no load against the latent force of a spring 24D.
