Abstract
PURPOSE: To load a bulk cargo into a storage tank from a low heat and prevent the generation of powdering by a means wherein a trough, capable of luffing and sliding in a longitudinal direction within the storate tank, is connected to a trip mechanism for a belt-conveyor provided on the storage tank.
CONSTITUTION: A tripper frame 6 is run on a tripper running rail 5 with wheels 13a rotated by a motor 12, and a discharging portion 10 for a tripper mechanism 4 is stopped on a storage tank 1. Next, a moving trough 2 in a horizontal condition is inclined by a predetermined angle by a winch 21 unwinding a wire 24, while a terminal portion 2b of the moving trough 2 is slided down to a position B by a winch 27 unwinding a wire 26. A cargo A to be transferred is transferred from a conveyor 3 onto the moving trough 2 through a wing conveyor 28 and a chute 29. Then, the transferred cargo A is thrown into the storage tank 1 sequentially by lifting up and slewing the moving trough 2 about a slewing board 17.
