CONSTITUTION: On a reclaimer bridge 5 swirling around the center part of a warehouse 1 as the axis, a horizontally traveling truck 11, which supports a vertical conveyor 6 with possibility to move up and down, is equipped in such a manner that it can travel in the bridge's longitudinal direction. When taking out bulk goods in a divided yard and, at the same tim, necessity to take out bulk goods in the other divided yard has arisen, the harrow 8 is pulled up and the horizontally traveling truck 11 is moved toward the prop. Backet wheel 7 and the harrow 8 are, together with the vertical conveyor 6, lifted up, and then the reclaimer bridge 5 is turned round. Delivery is carried out after moving the delivery device over the stack of bulk goods for the other divided yard.
