PURPOSE:To improve assembling work by securing a connection between a fixed electrode and circuit-element electrode by implanting a circuit element which comes in surface contact with a side end part of the fixed electrode, and then by providing a resin body with an integrally-molded fixing part fixing this electrode. CONSTITUTION:In case 21, a circuit element, e.g. FET25 is implanted, resin body 26 of molded electric insulating resin is installed, and on the upper part of resin body 26, plane part 26a is formed. In the center of this plane part, concave part 26b is formed and from its bottom surface, gate electrode 25a of FET25 projects. On plane part 26a, fixed electrode 27 is mounted blocking concave part 26b. This electrode 27 is formed into a nonporous disk smaller in diameter than diaphragm 23 and to electrode 27, the tip part of gate electrode 25a is bonded by conductive adhesives.
