Abstract
PURPOSE: To control a conductor easily for temperature by a method wherein the conductor and a cooling pipe are preheated at a temperature lower than that at which a welding solder is fused, and then the two are soldered by heating locally at a temperature exceeding the fusion temperature for providing the cooling pipe additionally to the conductor.
CONSTITUTION: To manufacture a coil with a cooling pipe 2 buried in a conductor 1a through solder fusion, the cooling pipe 2 is preheated with a primary heat source 6 (hot water, oil, steam) at a temperature T1 lower than a temperature at which a solder 3 is fused. Next, the neighborhood of a groove 1a of the conductor 1 and the cooling pipe 2 are heated locally with a secondary heat source 7a at a temperature higher than the temperature T2 to soldering. In this case, the preheating temperature T1 can easily be measured with accuracy, and then the secondary heat source 7a works for local heating and thus a required temperature rise range (T2-T1) is minimized and heat quantity Q2 is also little. Therefore in controlling the supply heat quantity Q2, an error ΔQ2 is extremely minimized and the conductor 1 can be controlled for temperature at high reliability.
