Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily measure the DC amplification factor of with respect to a collector current with a transistor by supplying a base current corresponding to a program voltage produced as output by an arithmetic amplifier to the transistor to be tested.
CONSTITUTION: A collector power source 2 and a collector current detection resistor 4 are connected in series to the collector 1 to be tested. An operational amplifier 5 produces as output a program voltage corresponding to the voltage generated at both ends of a resistor 5 by using the voltage generated between both ends of the resistor 3 as (+) input and the reference voltage from a reference power source 4 as (-) input. A programable current source 6 supplies a base current in correspondence to the program voltage to the transistor 1. The hPE of the transistor 1 is indicated by a voltmeter 7.
