Further, bias direct-current power supply E2 is also connected between a collector and emitter. Then voltages VB1 and VC1 generated at resistances R1 and R2 respectively are obtained and alternating-current voltage ΔVC1 generated at resistance R3 is converted into direct-current voltage ΔVC1 via AC-DC circuit 15. Then the DC voltage is applied to arithmetic circuit 16 which is formed so as to obtain DC voltage ΔVB1' depending upon AC signal base current ΔIB1 in the internal part and DC voltage VC according to prescribed collector voltage IC.
