Abstract

PURPOSE: To establish the matching circuit having excellent characteristics and consisting of the filter filtering out unnecessary signal components and the parallel resonant circuit tuned to desired intermediate frequency.
CONSTITUTION: The output of the double balanced mixer circuit DBM is fed to the matching circuit. If the desired intermediate frequency is RF+LF, the parallel resonant frequency circuit consisting of the capacitor C1 and coil L1 is tuned to this frequency and the intermediate frequency RF+LF is outputted via the matching circuit consisting of the coil L4 and capacitor C3 without being attenuated. Simultaneously, output is made from DBM. RF-LF is terminated with the pure resistor R via the low pass filter consisting of the said parallel resonance circuit, coils L2, L3 and capacitor C2. That is, RF+LF, RF-LF are both terminated with the pure resistor and DBM can be operated in excellent manner.
