Said metal boss element 7 is arranged so that the direction of rollng (direction of arrow A) crosses nearly at right angles with the direction (direction of arrow B) in which sealing is performed. In the closed type cell thus formed, electrolyte is sealded by the packings 6c and 6d. Accordingly, the ozzing-out of electrolyte through the boss element can be prevented, and the reliability of anti- liquid leak performance can be improved remakably.
