Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an economical construction as a whole through a snychronizing of phase by transfering the phase of the output signal by one with respect to the dividing ratio through the reset timing control of the counter according to the comparison of the phases between the signals received and the output signals. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of an oscillator 31 is divided in a counter 32 into the frequency almost the same as the signals received to compare the phases between the output signals thus divided and the signal received. The comparison output signals are integrated with the first integrating circuit 37 and further with the second integrating circuit 38 smaller in the time constant. A level/polarity identification circuit 39 determines whether the signal exceeds the positive or negative threshold and outputs the advance or lag detection signal according to the positive or negative polarity to shift the reset timing of a counter 32 by one with respect to the dividing ratio. In this manner, a dividing output signal can be obtained synchronizing the phase of the signal received.
