Abstract

PURPOSE: To recover and recycle the title scraps without causing secondary environmental pollution by forming aluminum foil, into an ingot, produced by heating and decomposition in an aluminum foil sheet decomposition furnace and recovering oil from plastics as fuel for a combustion furnace.
CONSTITUTION: Aluminum-plastic scraps are crushed, introduced into aluminum foil sheet decomposition furnace F1, and decomposed. The decomposition gas is fed to gas separation vessel S and separated into gas and oil. A mixt. of aluminum foil and carbide is supplied to carbide separation incineration furnace F2 to incineration-remove the carbide, and the foil is pressed with press P, melted in aluminum melting furnace, and cast into aluminum ingot Al with aluminum ingot continuous- casting machine Z. The malodorous gas separated in vessel S is burned in combustion furnace F4, and the oil is separated from water with oil-water separator Q, gathered in recovered oil tank 55, and fed to furnace F4.
