Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the dispersibility of a fluorescent material and make uniform and compact the fluorescent film by changing its hydrophobic surface characteristic into the hydrophilic one.
CONSTITUTION: At least either hydrophilic organic substance or inorganic substance coats the fluorescent material with the pigment which is made to adhere using acrylic resin. The inorganic substance is dissolved and dispersed in water or is dissolved in a proper solvent. The fluorescent material with the pigment which is made to adhere using acrylic resin is immersed into these types of solution to the full extent, filtered, and dried at 80W150 degrees. In this case, the proper quantity of hydrophilic resin is 0.01W0.5%.
