Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain the lowest secondary pressure with a little dispersion by a simple constitution by applying downward pressure to a plunger by an external signal current and then by setting the lowest secondary pressure by a weight added to it.
CONSTITUTION: A fluid from intake 1 reaches outlet 2 and valve 5 is provided to its passage to adjust the opening degree of the valve mouth. In accordance with the pressure of the fluid to be controlled, diaphragm 4 displaces valve body 5 and downward pressure is applied to magnetic-substance plunger 9 by an external signal current flowing through coil 7 to control secondary pressure. In this case, the lowest secondary pressure is set by weight 13 added to the plunger and the kind of gas to be used is clearly stated on the weight. Consequently, the lowest secondary pressure with a little dispersion can easily be obtained by simple structure.
