CONSTITUTION:Measuring points 1-6 are arranged in three dimensional directions to measure the pressure variations in a furnace 10. Pressure signals obtained form measuring probes 8-13 set at the respective measuring points 1-6 are converted to electric signals via a converter 20 and calculated by an arithmetic unit 30.
