Abstract
PURPOSE:To prenotice the occurrence of a vibration combustion by a vibration combustion monitoring system by calculating the ratio of mean pressure amplitude to a resonant frequency obtained on the basis of pressure variation measured in three dimensional directions in the system. CONSTITUTION:Measuring points 1-6 are arranged in three dimensional directions to measure the pressure variations in a furnace 10. Pressure signals obtained form measuring probes 8-13 set at the respective measuring points 1-6 are converted to electric signals via a converter 20 and calculated by an arithmetic unit 30. The unit 30 calculates a mean square value on the basis of the respective electric signals, obtains a means pressure amplitude value Io, the mean amplitude value If of the resonant frequency at the respective measuring points by cross power spectra of the measuring points 1-3, 2 and 5, and 4-6 in three dimensional directions, and then a ratio If/Io in three dimensional directions of the height, width and depth of the furnace 10 to thereby output the calculated result to an alarm unit 40.
