Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to fully grind even the pipe inlet port side in such a way that abrasive grain is arranged into an oral port to supoort one end of a treated pipe, abrasive and cleaning grain is converged around the periphery by centrifugal action at the inlet port of the pipe, which is brought into a collision together.
CONSTITUTION: A slewing plate 3 is allocated into an oral port 2 to support one end of a treated pipe 9, mixed flow of compressed air and abrasive and cleaning grain is rotatedly sent into the treated pipe 9 under pressure, abrasive and cleaning grain is converged around the periphery by centrifugal action at the inlet port of said pipe 9, which is brought into a collision together inside said pipe 9 repeatedly by slewing, the inlet port of the pipe 9 is processed in abrasion and cleaning to the same extent to other parts. Further, the outlet port side of the pipe 9 is processed in abrasion and cleaning to the same extent to the inlet port in such a way that slewing of abrasive and cleaning agent is diminished, and flow speed is hastened. This facilitates to abrade and clean along the whole length of the pipe evenly and uniformly.
