Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve the smooth circulating use of holding jigs without causing any hindrances in all treating processes by returning the empty holding jigs which have been removed of the suspended works after the completion of continuous surface treatment by way of the return paths which are connected in circulation system.
CONSTITUTION: The holding jig which is suspending the long-length works such as aluminum sashes is held to an overhead travel crane 7 which travels on rails 6, 6 and is subsequently transferred to a pretreating process part 1, anodic oxidation process part 2 and posttreatment process part 3. Thence, both ends of the holding jig are stretched between chain conveyors 12, 12 and the jig is sent into a firing furnace 5 and a cooling chamber 11, after which the works are removed from the holding jig by a work removing device 13. The emptied holding jig is placed on trucks 31 and 34 and is conveyed in the right-angle direction, after which it is sent to the work mounting device 40 of exactly the same mechanism as the work removing device through the return paths 10 which are connected in circulation system, whereby it is circulatively used.
