Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable temperature detection and control with high accuracy, by providing the temperature measuring body in which different types of conductive powder are crossed at one point at other side of the substrate, in the heater for electronic copy machine providing surface heating layer on one side of insulation substrate.
CONSTITUTION: On one side of the insulation substrate 1 of film or cloth shape, the heating band layer 2 is provided, and the surface heater is constituted by providing the temperature measuring body 3 crossing and overlapping the two types of conductive layers 4, 5 including different types of conductive powders on another surface of the substrate 1. As conductive powder, Au, Pt, Ag, Pd, Ni, W, Mo, Cr, C, stannous oxide, and barium titanate powder can be used. The conductive layers 4, 5 can preferrably be formed with coating by means of print method for the required part with the paste mixing conductive powder and organic or inorganic heat resistant binder.
