Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a simple-structure and high-stability FM signal generation circuit by giving the A/D conversion to the analog signal and then delivering the signal of the frequency according to the division number which is memorized previously in the ROM via the output of the A/D-converted analog signal.
CONSTITUTION: The input aural signal supplied from the amplitude detection circuit of the lincompex communication equipment is supplied to the address of ROM32 after the amplitude component is converted into the digital signal through A/D converter 31. The signal equivalent to the address and read out from ROM32 is supplied to variable divider 32 to control the division number and then the output frequency of oscillator 34. Oscillator 34 uses the fixed oscillator featuring a high stability such as the crystal oscillator or the like, and the address of ROM32 is proportional to the mean electric power of the input aural signal. And the division number corresponding to the input mean power is calculated and written previously into the ROM.
