Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the assembling term of a membrane and improve the leakage preventive capacity thereof by providing raised portions engaged with convexes and concaves formed on the membrane on a heat insulating layer surface and superimposing the membrane on the insulator layer to fix therebetween. CONSTITUTION:Maximum convexes 4, intermediate convexes 5 and recesses 6 are formed on a membrane 1, and raised portions 8 engaged with the convexes 5 and the recesses 6 formed on the membrane 1 are formed on the heat insulator 8. When the membrane 1 is superimposed on the insulator 8, the convexes and concaves 5, 6 are engaged with the raised portions 8 to fix therebetween. Since both are fixed merely by superimposing the insulator 8 with the membrane 1, it can shorten the assembling term and reduce the welding portion therebetween so as to thereby improve the leakage preventive capacity thereof.
