Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A ferroelectric substance porcelain is thermally treated at temperatures, which are within a range that is between burning temperature and 500°C, and polarized. Thermal stability becomes better the more the temperature of heat treatment before polarization is raised and the more time is prolonged. The stability is approximately saturated by means of heat treatment before polarization at 700°C for not less than six hours.
