Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify an insulation treatment process and to reduce the length of time required for assembly by doing the insulation molding of a coil bracket where a coil and a piston are connected together, simultaneously with the insulating processing of the coil.
CONSTITUTION: In a vibration type compressor, the coils 9 constituting an electric motor section and a piston 10 constituting a mechanical section are connected together by means of the coil bracket 13, and these sections vibrate en bloc. To put the coils 9 and the piston 10 together, the piston 10 is first welded to the coil bracket 13. Next the coils 9 which have been wound in a cylindrical shape beforehand, and have upper and lower fixed contact rings 14a and 14b inside, and further a finished product wherein the piston 10 and the coil bracket 13 have been welded together are installed at a specified interval, and incorporated together by insulation molding, using an insulating material 18; e.g., phenol resin, etc.
