Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable complete combustion in incineration in low temperature ranges by raising temperature in an incinerating chamber in a state without supplying oxygen to the incinerating chamber and processing wastes in a dry distillation state, and then heating the wastes to high temperatures supplying oxygen to generated gas.
CONSTITUTION: Dry distillation combustion is carried out as an incinerating method, temperature rise in an incinerator is confined as little as possible and generated distillation gas is burnt by another heater. A cover 4 provided with a gasket to secure airtighness and an operating handle 8 is opened and wastes are loaded into an incinerating chamber 2, and then a heater 3 for incineration and a heater 9 for burning gas are started. Incineration is carried out with the cover 4 closed to tightly close the incinerating chamber 2 and without supplying oxygen. By so doing, the wastes are dried by distillation, gas (inclusing odour) decomposed from the wastes is burnt completely with oxygen from a suction port 10, and combustion products with no smoke and odour are exhausted from a chimney 6.
