PURPOSE:To regulate each supply of open air and inside air through each intake port made in a cylinder external wall for a proper mixing rate by turning the movable cylinder internal wall under control which is assembled with the cylinder external wall to make up a rotary shutter. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shutter 1 consists of a cylinder external wall 2 and movable cylinder internal wall 3. Said cylinder external wall 2 is drilled to make an open air intake port 2a and inside air intake port 2b opposing to each other at an angle 180 deg.. The movable cylinder internal wall 3 is drilled to make three openings 3a at the same interval in the circumferential direction. A fan 4 operates to feed air from the open air intake port 2a and inside air intake port 2b through openings 3a, 3b to blow in the direction A of an arrow, which is cooled by a cooler evaporator 5. Said movable cylinder internal wall 3 is motored to turn at an angle as required for proper mixing rate of inside air and open air.
