The wiring plate 7 is also provided with locating holes 52 so that the pattern of terminals of the wiring plate 7 is agreed with that of the base plate 1. Similarly, the locating holes 53, 54 are provided to the elastic part 4 and the cramping fitting 6. In this way, the thermal recording head can be assembled easily and precisely by putting pins in said holes. The locating pin holes can easily be worked by a numerical control drilling machine.
