Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the positioning accuracy of a positioning method by positioning directly a plurality of metallic bars themselves when positioning the bars at predetermined position as interposed between two plates. CONSTITUTION:A positioning tool 6 is provided with the same number of predetermined metallic slender bars 2 as that of fine grooves 7 having equal pitch to predetermined pitch of the bars 2 interposed between fixing jigs 1 thereon. The bars 2 are positioned by containing the extended portions of the bars 2 interposed at equal pitch by the jigs 1 such as the side thereof to be wire bonded within the fine grooves 7 of the tool 6 and engaging them therewith.
