Abstract
PURPOSE: To form an anticorrosive coating which does not peel off at the boundary between layers by over-coating two-liquid setting type bitumen paint to shorten a coating period, before an undercoating zinc-rich primer paint coated on a metal surface is completely cured and dried.
CONSTITUTION: An isocyanate setting type zinc-rich primer is under-coated on a corrosive metal surface. Before the coated film is completely cured and dried, a two-liquid setting type bitumenpaint is coated on the under-coated film to form an anticorrosive coated film consisting of a combined film of the under-coated film and the over-coated film. The zinc-rich primer is an isocyanate setting type epoxy zinc- rich primer consisting of, as main component, epoxy resin or alkanolamine modified epoxy resin. The two-liquid setting type bitumen paint is an amine setting type tarepoxy paint or an isocyanate setting type tarepoxy paint.
