Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the adhesive force of fluorescent film by electrostatically coating fluorescent powder on the inner surface of a heated glass tube, cooling it once, and spraying steam from the glass tube end separately.
CONSTITUTION: Fluorescent powder is injected on the inner surface of a heated glass tube and is electrostatically coated, and film is formed. This glass tube 8 is cooled once and steam is injected. When the glass tube 8 is put on a hunger and when steam intermitently moves from Direction A to Direction B in the glass tube guide 7, the steam passed through the piping 3 and 4 is injected from the steam injection ports 5 and 6. It is sprayed into both one and the other ends of the glass tube 8. This permits the film 9 of the fluorescent powder to uniformly absorb steam all over and the adhesibe force to the interior of the glass tube to be uniformalized.
