Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the adhesive force of fluorescent film by electrostatically coating fluorescent powder on the inner surface of a heated glass tube, cooling it once, and spraying steam from the glass tube end separately.
CONSTITUTION: Fluorescent powder is injected on the inner surface of a heated glass tube and is electrostatically coated, and film is formed. This glass tube 8 is cooled once and steam is injected.
