Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a small-size and low-cost multiplexing input coefficient type CCD filter featuring the small power consumption by securing sharing of the weight coefficient giving part and the CCD integrator to the multi-system input signals. CONSTITUTION:For instance, the input signals of the 3 systems supplied to the signal input terminal are made to pass through signal extraction part 20 plus multipliers C17-C11 by arrival of the next new input signal and then injected to the prescribed bit of CCD integrator 30 in the form of the proportional charge. When the next new input signal is applied, each charge injected previously into output bit 30a is led out in parallel from each of signal output end Vout1-3 as the 3-system filter output. At the same time, each electrode objected previously into bits 30b-30z is transferred to right adjacent bits 30a-30y to be added with the charge proportional to the new input signals passed through each multiplier. For the input signals thereafter, the same processes are given. Thus, these input signals are led out in sequence in the form of the filter output.
