Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a small-size and low-cost multiplexing input coefficient type CCD filter featuring the small power consumption by giving the simultaneous integration process via the single CCD integrator to the charge corresponding to the input signal of several systems multiplied by each fixed weight coefficient. CONSTITUTION:The supplied input signals of 3 systems are made to pass through multipliers Cn1-Cn3 plus 3 bits of CCD integrator 20 by arrival of the next new input signal and then added to the next corresponding input signal. As for each charge which is supplied to prescribed bits 20e and 20z and proportional to input signal Vi1(t), these charge C11Vi1(t) are transferred by 3 bits in period T/3 to reach 20e and 20x at time (t+T). At this moment, next input signals Vi1(t+T)- Vi2(t+T) are supplied. Thus, in the same way, the charge corresponding to the signals which passed through the multiplier and were supplied to the prescribed bit of the integrator are added with the charge corresponding to the previous signals. The same multiplication and integration processes are given to signals Vi2 and Vi3, which are finally led out through signal output ends Vout1-Vout3 in the form of the filter output.
