CONSTITUTION:The liquefied gas in a storage tank 11 is flowed in a filling cylinder 3 via a piping 13. When the filling cylinder 3 is actuated by means of changing over a change-over valve 14, the liquefied gas in the filling cylinder 3 is filled up to a pressure vessel B, and when the pressure in the pressure vessel B becomes to a pressure beyond the vapor pressure, the filling work is stopped by means of being stopped by the filling cylinder 3. Next, when a change-over valve 10 is changed over, the liquefied gas in the pressure vessel B is returned to the filling cylinder 3, and when it may reach to a subscribed quantity, the change-over valve 14 is changed over. By such means, the liquefied gas of a subscribed quantity is filled up in the pressure vessel B, and the excess filling can be prevented.
