Abstract
PURPOSE:To simply manufacture the ferrite single phase coating vanished wustite phase completely, by treating ferrite flame spraying film formed by flame spraying powdered ferrite on the substrate with heat at a comparatively low temperature. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite flame spraying film is formed by spraying powdered ferrite on the substrate, such as alumina etc. For example, mixed powder of Fe2O3, NiO, CuO, ZnO and CoO, are used for ferrite powder. Also, for example, mixed gas of H2 and O2 is used for spraying gas. Next, ferrite single phase coating is manufactured by heat-treating the above mentioned ferrite flame spraying film at 400-100 deg.C being extremely low temperature compared with baking temperature of sintered ferrite. The above ferrite single phase coating is able to apply for miniaturization of circulator for microwave etc. by utilizing its magnetic characteristic and moreover, is able to apply for protective coating by utilizing its chemical stability.
