Abstract
PURPOSE: To make digital dubbing possible while original oscillation clocks are different, by locking original oscillation clocks by using sampling clocks.
CONSTITUTION: First-in first-out memory circuit 13 and selector circuit 14 are connected to coding circuit 9, and phase synchronous loop circuit 12 using a crystal vibrator is connected to control clock generating circuit 7. As a result, phase synchro-out loop circuit 12 is locked by sampling clock 1c from a PCM recording and reproducing device to obtain original oscillation clocks of the same frequency as the PCM recording and reproducing device, which are inputted to control clock generating circuit 7, and data 1a, data shift clock 1b and sampling clock 1c from the PCM recording and reproducing device are inputted to first-in first-out memory circuit 13 and read out by using data shift clock 2b and sampling clock 2c; and data shift clock and phase data from the PCM recorder are coded by coding circuit via selector circuit 14 and then outputted to output terminal 10.
