Abstract

PURPOSE: To absorb for elimination the timing jitter of the reproduction signal by eliminating the jitter component of the clock signal contained in the record signal via the phase control oscillator circuit or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The reproduction signal is amplified through reproduction amplifier circuit 1, and waveform T2 is supplied to reset input 51 of counter circuit 5 via monostable multivibrators 2 and 3 plus OR gate 4. At the same time, the oscillation clock featuring the cycle of 1/16 as longer as shortest cycle T of waveform T2 is supplied to clock input 52 of circuit 5 from oscillator circuit 23, and thus clock signal T3 is delivered. Here reproduction signal T1 waits for the jitter, and thus the signal featuring the shifted reset timing is supplied to the reset input of circuit 5. However, the output of circuit 5 is supplied to phase control oscillator circuit 6 therugh which the waveform free from the jitter can be obtained, and thus the output features the waveform free from the jitter. And this output is used as the clock of FF circuit 7 in order to obtain reproduction signal T4 free from the jitter.
