Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Exciting currents are supplied to exciting coils 13a, 13b through an exciting signal switching appliance 15 for changing over said coils in series and in parallel from an exciting power source 14. An output signal switching appliance 16 is interlocked with the exciting signal switching appliance 15, selects hold circuits 17a, 17b and holds the outut signals of a pair of electrodes 11a, 11b. Hold signals Sa in the case when the coils are connected in series and hold signals Sb in the case when thdy are connected in parallel are shown in formulae Sa=2AX+B and Sb=AX+B (where, A: a constant regarding exciting currents, X: a flow rate, B: thermal, electromotive force), and are fixed in change-over measurement for a short time.
