Abstract

PURPOSE: To let stable operation be accomplished without producing any fluctuation in detaching time in the electromagnetic device by controlling the charging voltage of a power supply capacitor which supplies electric energy to an electromagnetic coil with a constant voltage circuit and supplying always constant quantity of electricity to the electromagnetic coil.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic coil 16 for the electric shutter of the camera is coiled to the core 20 provided with a permanent magnet 18 in a par thereof. When it is energized by the transistor 14 which controls power supply according to the output of a switching circuit 10, it offsets the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 18, causing an attraction piece 22 to be detached by a spring 24 thereby starting shutter close through a lever 26. The power supply capacitor 28 supplying electric energy to the electromagnetic coil 16 is held always connected to a power source 2 through a resistance 30 and is constantly kept charged with the specified charges. A constant voltage diode 32 and transistor 34 are connected across the power supply capacitor 28 and the base of the transistor 34 is connected to the power source battery 2 through a power source switch 8, whereby the constant voltage circuit CV is formed.
