Abstract

The electrostatic capacity of apparatus 3 is set so that the resonance may be caused by inductance 2, and as a result the output of generator 1 has vibrations. Then this voltage is applied to apparatus 3 to carry out a test for the characteristics of the impulse dielectric strength.
