Abstract
PURPOSE: To avoid occurrence of the measurement error caused by the temperature change and thus to increase the measuring accuracy for the pressure measuring device formed by sealing up the insulating oil into the space within the detection part, by transmitting the measuring pressure into the detection part via the soft diaphragm.
CONSTITUTION: Reference electrode plate 37, insulator 31 containing electrodes 32B and 32A, space cylinder 29, pressure measuring diaphragm 27 and diaphragm stage 23 are combined to be fitted into cylinder 21. And the capacity-fixed and capacity-variable capacitors are formed between diaphragm 27 and electrode 32A and between plate 37 and electrode 32B each, along with sealed space 52 formed between diaphragm 27 and stage 23 to hole the reference pressure. Thus the detection part is formed. This detection part is then stored into outer barrel 42, and the insulating oil is enclosed into the space within the detection part excepting space 52. Then the opening part of barrel 42 is sealed up with seal diaphragm 45 featuring the elastic hardness about several tens to several hundreds times as soft as diaphragm 27 to complete a pressure measuring device. When carrying out the measurement, the measuring pressure is applied to the measuring device through pierced hole 54.
